As someone who lost most of their teen years struggling with poor mental health, I feel it is incredibly important to ensure discussions are open to the topic of mental health.

1 in 4 people will experience a mental health disorder.

Starting conversations with your loved ones should be normal, sharing advice on what has helped you and offering support

Accepting help for your mental health is an incredibly powerful thing. Asking for help is the start of a great road to recovery. I am proof that things do get better, even if they don’t feel like they will right now.

Here I will share a variety of helpful resources to mental health support lines, top tips as well as personal experience.
